All our jewelry is entirely made in France. We offer the first re-gilding free of charge.

DELIVERY IN FRANCE
In France, the Colissimo option, with signature, is available for orders with a total amount not exceeding 1000 euros. Orders above this amount are shipped via Fedex, UPS or DHL.

DELIVERY TO THE UNITED KINGDOM
All orders shipped to the United Kingdom are billed excluding UK VAT. You will need to pay customs duties to the carrier who delivers your order.

Customs fees range between 2% and 4% of the jewelry price.

DELIVERY TO THE UNITED STATES
All orders shipped to the USA are now billed without VAT. You will need to pay customs fees to the carrier upon receipt of your order.
Customs fees range between 5% and 7% of the jewelry price.

INSURANCE
Our partners are reputable providers: Fedex or Colissimo (French Post).
Each package is insured, regardless of the carrier and the value of the jewelry, so that if a package is proven lost during transit, we will deliver an identical product or you will be reimbursed.

DELIVERY TRACKING
We track each of our shipments, and you also have the ability to track your order using a tracking number that is sent to you by email when your package is shipped.

Our jewelry was designed to be worn. They live with you and develop a natural patina over time. To preserve their initial appearance, we advise you to clean them regularly with a chamois cloth. It is best to remove them when in contact with water, cosmetics or cleaning products
