1/ PURPOSE

These general terms and conditions of sale are valid for each individual making a purchase and for each transaction concluded on the website https://lah.paris/

They apply to every stage of the order and service follow-up. The parties agree that this contract exclusively governs their relationship.

The service is intended for non-professional individuals, at least 18 years old and having the legal capacity to contract, residing in France and abroad.

 

2/ ORDER

Each order implies adherence to the general terms and conditions of sale. The general terms and conditions of sale applied are those in force on the day of the order.

 

3/ PRICE

The price is indicated in euros (€) and includes all taxes. The price is non-negotiable; delivery fees are not included, but are free for France. 

4/ SECURE PAYMENT

Payment is processed by PAYPAL and Stripe to guarantee a secure transaction. PAYPAL and Stripe encrypt the confidential data entered. Payment is made in a single installment. Confidential information does not pass through the site's server; it is directly transmitted.

 

5/ ORDER PROCESS

To validate a purchase, it is necessary to go to one of the product pages and confirm this choice by adding it to the cart. A redirection will take you to a page summarizing the cart, then a page to enter your personal billing information. You will finally arrive on the page offering delivery options and a payment page to finalize the purchase.

The final registration of the order takes place after the validation of the payment of the order by Stripe or Alma. You will arrive on an order summary page. An order summary email is sent to the provided address. In case of a problem, please contact us at: contact@lah.paris

 

6/ WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

The withdrawal period is 30 days, 14 days for discounted products. It starts from the day of delivery of your purchase to your home, except in case of personalization.

If your jewelry is personalized with an engraving, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note, you must follow a procedure to exercise this right. You simply need to send an email to the address: contact@lah.paris indicating that you wish to withdraw and specifying your name, first name, email address, and the product(s) ordered. The return shipping costs are at your expense.

If this procedure is not followed, your withdrawal cannot be taken into account. An email confirming your decision to cancel your subscription will be sent to you.

The refund will be made within 14 days to your bank account. You will be refunded the price of the product. Delivery costs are free for the first order (except for discounted products); beyond that, return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, without any signs of wear or other damage, sent by Colissimo to ensure the intact return of the product.

 

7/ PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to access, rectify, and object at any time to all personal data concerning you. However, you must prove your identity. To exercise these rights, please send an email to contact@lah.paris, specifying the information to be modified.

 

8/ APPLICABLE LAW

If any clause of this contract becomes null and void following a change in legislation, regulation, or a court decision, the other general terms and conditions of sale would remain valid, applicable, and subject to French law.

 

9/ COMPETENT COURT

In the event of a dispute concerning this contractual relationship, the parties undertake to seek an amicable agreement before initiating any legal action. Only French courts will have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
