1/ PURPOSE

These general conditions of sale are valid for each natural person making a purchase and for each transaction concluded on the site https://lah.paris/

They apply to each stage of the order and to the monitoring of the service. The parties accept that this contract, exclusively, governs their relations.

The service is aimed at non-professional individuals, aged at least 18 and with the legal capacity to enter into contracts, resident in France and abroad.

2/ ORDER

Each order implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale. The general conditions of sale applied are those in force on the day of the order.

3/ PRICE

The price is indicated in euros (€) and all taxes included. The price is non-negotiable, delivery costs are not included, but are free for France.

4/ SECURE PAYMENT

Payment is handled by PAYPAL and Stripe to ensure a secure transaction. PAYPAL and Stripe encrypt the confidential data entered. Payment is made in one go. Confidential information does not pass through the site's server, it is transmitted directly.

5/ ORDERING PROCESS

To validate a purchase, you must go to one of the product sheets and validate this choice by adding it to the basket. A redirection will take you to a page summarizing the basket and then a page to enter your personal billing information. You will finally arrive on the page offering you delivery options and a payment page to finalize the purchase.

The final registration of the order takes place following the validation of the payment of the order by Stripe or Alma. You will arrive on an order summary page. An order summary email is sent to the address provided. In case of problem, please contact us at the address: contact@lah.paris

6/ WITHDRAWAL AND REIMBURSEMENT

The withdrawal period is 30 days, 14 days for sale items. It starts on the day your purchase is delivered to your home, except in the case of customization.

If your jewelry is personalized with an engraving, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that you must follow a procedure to exercise this right. Simply send an email to the address: contact@lah.paris indicating that you wish to withdraw and specifying your name, first name, email address and the product(s) ordered.

If this procedure is not applied, it will not be possible to take your withdrawal into account. An email confirming your decision to cancel your registration will be sent to you.

The refund will be made within 14 days to your bank account. You will be refunded the price of the product. Delivery costs are free for the first order (except for sale products), beyond that the return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer in the case of products on sale or subject to reduction.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, without any signs of wear or other damage, sent by colissimo in order to guarantee the intact return of the product.

7/ PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to access, rectify and object to all personal data concerning you at any time. However, you must provide proof of your identity. To exercise these rights, please send an email to contact@lah.paris , specifying the information to be modified.

8/ APPLICABLE LAW

If any of the clauses of this contract becomes null and void following a change in legislation, regulation or by a court decision, the other general conditions of sale would remain valid, applicable and subject to French law.

9/ COMPETENT COURT

In the event of a dispute concerning this contractual relationship, the parties undertake to seek an amicable agreement before initiating any legal action. Only the French courts will have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
